“The fifth tower truly embraces the essence of an exclusive, integrated lifestyle home, with everything under one roof – top-notch security, direct connectivity and accessibility to major highways, amenities and facilities. Following the success of our first four towers at our award-winning Tropicana Gardens development, we listened to feedback from current and potential customers. Where possible, we integrated these into Edelweiss to ensure it exudes modern, urban vibes yet still able to give residents a quiet place to rest. It is truly the last gem of Tropicana Indah,” said Ms. Joanne Lee, Managing Director of Marketing & Sales at Tropicana.

Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences will be the first tower at Tropicana Gardens to implement Smart Living and Conveniences for all homeowners, intelligently built based on Tropicana’s unique development DNA and market requirements. Smart Living and Conveniences provides homeowners with a smart home design that comes complete with a smart home centre, door sensors, smart sockets and control systems for air conditioning. Knowing that homeowners today emphasise safety elements when selecting a house, a smart multi-tiered protection system is also included.

Soaring 52 storeys high, this tower houses 630 units of Serviced Residences sized between 556 sf to 1,111 sf, and 397 SOFO units with built-up from 452 sf to 858 sf that come with flexible, open layout plans. It also has retail lots available on two floors. Armed with its GreenRE silver rating accreditation, the overall building is also classified as a green building with energy-efficient features such as indoor temperature control, low-emissivity glass that decreases infrared and more.

Another key unique feature for Edelweiss it that it offers various layouts for multi-generational living and dual-key units which are investment-friendly. In the meantime, the flexible and open layouts offered at its SOFO units are suitable for a wide array of businesses which include modern offices, short-term rental units and more.

Edelweiss truly embraces its tagline “Where Business and Lifestyle Come Together” with an increasing number of Malaysians preferring to work and live within the same environment. Owners of Edelweiss’ SOFO units will have access to landscaped gardens, meeting rooms, business centres and the multipurpose hall.

Meanwhile, residents at the Serviced Residences will enjoy a wider range of facilities such as various pools (50m infinity pool, children’s pool and wading pool), the yoga deck, a children’s playroom, children’s playground, a reading room, a well-equipped gymnasium and the barbeque area. These spaces of relaxation and rejuvenation have been crafted to give residents the opportunity to unwind from a hectic day with family and friends.

In terms facilities and amenities, residents will not be short of choices as it is connected to the Tropicana Gardens Mall and the Surian MRT Station via a designated elevated pedestrian bridge - a short escape to savour new dining and entertainment spots for those who would like to venture out further without the hassle of driving or looking for a car park. With 1 million sq ft of nett lettable area, the Tropicana Gardens Mall features an exciting tenant mix such as Village Grocer, MBO Cinemas, F&B outlets, entertainment and a multitude of services to elevate one’s lifestyle. In terms of accessibility, residents can easily access four major highways, such as the Damansara-Puchong Expressway, Sprint Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway and Penchala Link to head to major attractions in the Greater Klang Valley.

“Tropicana expects the Malaysian property market to see modest recovery in 2020, as properties still remain as a popular investment option given the wide range of new properties available, coupled with the various government stimulus measures introduced. For those who can afford to leverage on these attractive schemes available now, they should take advantage of the attractive packages, low interest rates and government initiatives.”

“In addition to choosing properties at strategic locations, properties that have access to well- established neighbourhoods, good facilities, amenities and connectivity are important as these would appreciate over the longer-term. Be smart and confident in securing your dream property,” added Lee on making smart property purchases in the current market environment.

Tropicana is also offering not-to-be-missed deals via its improved Tropicana 10-TEN EX10SION Campaign that offers flexibility with three new features – 100% Financing, 10% Discount and Furnishing Package, for a limited time only.
