A township of homes that caters to all walks of life, Kota Damansara may have just made the cut as property investors hoped that prices of property in this area depreciated due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Top 9 - Desa ParkCity

Desa ParkCity has surprisingly made it into the top 10 most searched for areas to buy a home at in the year 2020. The prices of the homes here are notoriously expensive, but it appears that this has not stopped property buyers from looking for their next new home here in the year 2020.

But then again there are a couple of new developments at Desa ParkCity, including South Brooks @ Desa ParkCity and the newly completed Westside III at Desa ParkCity that could have contributed to the interest in this popular township.

Top 8 - Shah Alam

Shah Alam is the quiet and peaceful capital city of Selangor. The homes here are large and comfortable, yet carry an affordable price tag. Popular with homebuyers seeking a home for own stay, Shah Alam has just made the list of the top 10 most sought after areas in the year 2020.

Nevertheless, Ara Damansara has indeed been a popular choice for many home buyers in the past years for their premium homes and high rises.

Top 2 - Subang Jaya
