The Lunar New Year is around the corner, and Sime Darby Property is ushering in the Year of the Metal Ox by offering an RM8,888 prosperity package* on top of other exciting deals in its Our Prosperous (Home, Harmony, Happiness) campaign.

Sime Darby Property’s online Chinese New Year campaign will offer purchasers of selected properties up to 18 months of ‘Your Instalment on Us’ deals, starting from 30 January to 28 February. Potential homebuyers can also enjoy benefits from the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) that is in effect until 31 May.

Sime Darby Property Group Managing Director, Dato' Azmir Merican said the Group is excited to kickstart the year by offering valued customers and potential homebuyers an investment opportunity and a chance to own a home.

“We have redesigned our sales experience to make home-buying hassle-free during this period, where all our sales galleries are temporarily closed. Since last year, our digital platforms have enabled potential buyers to browse, tour, and buy Sime Darby Property homes from the safety and comforts of their homes.”

“Building upon the encouraging response we have received thus far, we will continue to enhance our end-to-end online sales experience for our customers. Our online campaigns provide potential homebuyers with all necessary product information available through our specially curated online sales kits, contactless virtual tours as well as online booking and payment” he said.

The campaign features freehold properties that are strategically located in the Greater Klang Valley such as KL East, Melawati, City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Subang Jaya, Serenia City and more.

Azmir added, “As we move forward in 2021, and though we are mostly celebrating at home this Chinese New Year, let us remember to continue adhering to safety guidelines and extending a helping hand to one another. We remained strong and stood together last year, so let’s continue that same dedication this year.”

Sime Darby Property wishes all who are celebrating a joyous and safe Chinese New Year.
