One of Malaysia’s leading property developers, UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”), launches a brand-new campaign in time for the Chinese New Year festive season, promising stress-free benefits, rebates and lucky draw goodies worth up to RM38,888 for homebuyers.

UEM Sunrise will host a series of digital events in a campaign dubbed #MustCariOng (MCO) as a spark of positivity and good festive cheer during the ongoing Movement Control Order to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, aiming to bring a smile on the faces of the public and homebuyers.

Upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) before March 31, homebuyers will have the chance to win enticing prizes, including a Thermomix TM6, iPhone 12, or angpow rebates worth up to RM38,888 off their next UEM Sunrise home purchase in a Chinese New Year lucky draw.

In addition to the awards and goodies, UEM Sunrise partners with famous content creator and comedian Harvinth Skin, who will be featured in a series of videos as a Feng Shui Master, Master See Beh Huat. The “#1 Indian Feng Shui Master” will share his pearls of wisdom on how everyone can find prosperity or ‘ong’ and happiness in the coming Year of the Ox with some property and interior design tips and tricks, peppered with thigh-slapping hilarity.

For the #MustCariOng campaign, UEM Sunrise is also offering waivers on SPA and loan legal fees, and stamp duty waivers under the HOC campaign on 18 high-quality projects in the central and southern regions. Lucky homebuyers of selected properties will also receive free maintenance fees starting from the date of vacant possession for up to two years and 24 months of free TM Unifi broadband subscription.

There will also be an abundance of treats for the public. Answer a series of Chinese New Year-themed questions at the ‘Huat Quiz’ and be one of the 100 to win RM 10 Touch N’ Go e-pin vouchers.

“Despite the current Movement Control Order (MCO), we still aim to bring the festive cheer and spirit of Chinese New Year to the public and our customers right to their homes through our attractive rewards and fun-filled digital content,” said UEM Sunrise Chief Marketing Officer Kenny Wong.

“With the success of last year’s ‘The Happy Chase’ campaign, UEM Sunrise stays motivated in giving everyone the opportunity to purchase their dream homes through simple and stress-free steps, whether they are young, new, matured or seasoned homebuyers,” he added.

UEM Sunrise will be spreading physically-distanced joy by inviting everyone to its virtual Chinese New Year Open House on the Company’s website where users are free to explore featured properties in search of their dream homes. Users can navigate to different rooms in each project via virtual 360° show unit tours and a “Chief Happiness Officer” digital avatar will accompany them throughout the journey. Subsequently, users can also schedule follow-up appointments with the Company’s sales representatives via video conferencing for more detailed information on their selected properties.

Several UEM Sunrise’s prominent properties such as the Residensi AVA, Solaris Parq, Allevia and KAIA Heights in the central region, as well as Aspira ParkHomes and Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, are offering attractive bargains for this festive season.

Residensi AVA, an eco-living condominium suite is the first phase of the master development of Kiara Bay, located next to the Kepong Metropolitan Park in the heart of Kepong. The upcoming KAIA Heights is situated in Equine Park within Seri Kembangan. Combining hilltop and nature living, KAIA Heights offers stunning views of the Greater Klang Valley. In the affluent and matured neighbourhood of Mont’ Kiara, UEM Sunrise continues to make its stamp as a pioneer developer with offerings including Allevia and Solaris Parq, providing residents with a combination of luxury and ease of accessibility to prime business, educational and retail landmarks.

Meanwhile, in the Johor international city of Iskandar Puteri, just a stone’s throw away from Singapore, UEM Sunrise spotlights attractive projects such as Aspira ParkHomes, a freehold gated community that embodies an urban green living concept where the community is teeming with urban farms, herb gardens, verdant parks, and beautifully designed community facilities. In addition to that, Senadi Hills is exclusively designed with security and nature and greenery in mind.
