Hi Gary, Ive got a studio in Sunway Resorts Tower Suites, high floor, Sunway Lagoon view, fully-furnished and well maintained by hotel management. Suitable for own stay/ investment. New owner can also choose to lease the unit with a guaranteed rental. Leasehold though.. If at all interested, please contact 012-2097022.

Have a look at Rhythm Avenue in USJ 19. Condo with commercial at the lower floors. Freehold and strategic location i.e. walking distance to LRT. Generally prices there is below market value.

They have studio, 2-rooms and 3-rooms unit. Studio unit is below RM300k.

Hi Gary, I have a unit in Setia Alam, Seri Intan Apartment by SP Setia. Quality medium cost apartment. Just ready last month. If your budget is 300k then this property is just right for you. Why settle for a studio when you can get a 3 bedroom.
