UEM Sunrise Berhad celebrated a successful topping out of Residensi Solaris Parq serviced residences today.

Launched in October 2017, the topping out symbolizes the concreting of the roof slab, marks yet another milestone towards the first phase of the residential component in the 18.76-acre mixed development masterplan called Solaris Parq.

Residensi Solaris Parq is a freehold luxury serviced residence comprising two 41-storey towers with 288 units each. It offers five different layouts to choose from with built-ups ranging from 721 sq ft to 2,469 sq ft to cater to diverse homebuyers, from individual occupants to small and large families. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM755 million, Residensi Solaris Parq is expected to enhance the attractiveness of Mont’Kiara and Dutamas as the affluent address to aspire for, given the twin towers’ well-balanced design of luxury, nature and convenience.

With a starting price of RM948,800, Residensi Solaris Parq is just a few units away from being fully taken and is targeted for completion in Q2 2022.

Residensi Solaris Parq is set to feature more than 30 lifestyle amenities and cutting-edge facilities for its residents to enjoy under three distinct thematic facility areas that will enhance the concept of luxury inspired by nature:

• The Meadow – located at the entrance with lush landscaped grounds and grand lobby with 6m high ceiling.
• The Canopy – located at the podium with exquisite lifestyle facilities, including a 50m Olympic-length lap pool and a Rain Spa.
• The Cloud – located at the top floors with rejuvenating lounges, a deck for meditation, fragrant shrubs and a rooftop Jacuzzi with a view of Kuala Lumpur City Centre skyline.

The development also boasts a four-tier security system as well as a digital lockset in the main entrance door of all units for the safety and comfort of its residents.

UEM Sunrise Chief Operations Officer (Central) Liong Kok Kit said: “The topping out ceremony here at Residensi Solaris Parq symbolises our commitment to bring value to the Dutamas area further. As one of the leading developers in the country, we aspire to create more sustainable living spaces for everyone and, at the same time, develop a sense of community with the surrounding businesses. We are pleased with the ongoing efforts and progress of Residensi Solaris Parq and we look forward to its completion next year.”

Residensi Solaris Parq marks the first phase of the integrated freehold master development in Solaris Parq, and UEM Sunrise’s ongoing developments in Dutamas. The development will be expanded further with not only commercial and retail units, but also another residential component in the second phase and a two-acre open park.

Phase 2, or Plot B of Solaris Parq will also be open for bookings soon, offering four office towers comprising two towers of stratified office suites and two more for en-bloc sale. With award-winning designers poised to construct the state-of-the-art office towers, office workers and residents alike are set to enjoy a line-up of exciting offerings, blending work, play and life.

The pipeline will include the first cinema in the Dutamas/Mont’Kiara vicinity, redefining experiential retail and contemporary living at its finest, with the aid of technological advances including app-based conveniences, such as directory, payment, delivery and wayfinding.

Additionally, residents and purchasers will enjoy seamless connectivity to UEM Sunrise’s own creative retail space, Publika Shopping Gallery through a covered link bridge, proximity to other leisure and commercial hubs in Mont’Kiara and Hartamas, and various educational institutions and hospitals. Residents and purchasers will also have easy access to the surrounding regions with Solaris Parq’s connectivity to vital highway networks such as SPRINT Expressway, Penchala Link, and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

Solaris Parq development commands a GDV of more than RM3 billion and is set to replicate and complement the success of Solaris Dutamas.
