City developer SkyWorld Development Group successfully clinched two distinctive awards at the annual Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) 2020-2021; The Residential High-Rise Architectural Award for SkyVogue Residences @ Taman Desa and The Interior Design Show Home Award for EdgeWood Residences @ SkySanctuary in Setapak. This is the 4th time that SkyWorld has taken part in the annual and well-acclaimed APPA awards.

These achievements would not be possible without the support and dedication of all staff members and business associates that have provided consistent support throughout the years.

SkyWorld’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lee Chee Seng said, ”I am extremely grateful for the consistent effort that all SkyRians have invested into all our projects especially our current offerings, SkyVogue Residences and EdgeWood Residences that have both achieved commendable accreditation at the APPA 2020-2021.

The company is unfazed by the pandemic instead, we have become stronger as a unit. At this juncture, I would like to highlight that we had recently surpassed RM1billion in property sales, in our recent financial year that ended on 31 March.

We are planning to rise onto a greater phase whereby prospective purchasers will notice more and more launches in popular locations across the Klang Valley such as Cheras, Bukit Jalil, Old Klang Road and Taman Melawati."

The award-winning SkyVogue Residences @ Taman Desa will be developed on a prime 1.34-acre plinth of leasehold land alongside luxury villas. The property offers 333 affluent homes designed in various layouts; with sizes ranging from 1,085 sf to 2,650 sf encased in a singular tower that will proudly stand 45-storey’s high, capturing panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur city centre, the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex and the Taman Desa Lake.

EdgeWood Residences on the other hand offers distinctive park-front homes that features the gifts of Mother Nature. The said property boasts units with differing balcony lengths, which will ultimately result in a structure that is less rigid in appearance, flanked by a 2.94-acre resident-only urban park with a central lake.

The newly-launched residence features 960 units with layouts ranging between 865sq ft to 1,280sq, with resort-like facilities shared between three levels featuring a Hot and Cold-Water Cabin Spa Gallery, an Edgeless Infinity Pool, an Outdoor Gym and Function Pavilion surrounded by lush greenery, a Gourmet Kitchen, Co-sharing Living and Working Spaces and even Electric Vehicle Charging Bays.
