Potential homeowners of Myra Alam now have the chance to make their dream home a reality through their partnership with Maybank Islamic‘s homeownership financing solution, HouzKEY.

HouzKEY is a well-known homeownership financing plan designed to help first and second-time homebuyers who are keen to move to the exciting phase of homeownership but may be facing financial limitations to own their dream home.

While the HouzKEY solution provides homeowners with affordability and flexibility in owning their dream home, Myra complements this by offering homebuyers properties built with premium quality, strategic location, and uniqueness in mind.

Besides the affordability and flexibility of HouzKEY, new homebuyers can also leverage the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), which is further extended until 31 December 2021. A joint effort by the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) and the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Malaysia, HOC aims to lighten the financial burden of prospective homeowners given the challenges faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under the HOC, Malaysian homebuyers can enjoy full stamp duty exemption on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for homes that are priced between RM300,001 and RM1 million. These incentives are in addition to other discounts available, including discounts for eligible Bumiputera homebuyers, the ability to pay a portion of their monthly payment through Account 2 of the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), and other ongoing incentives.
