UEM Sunrise Berhad ("UEM Sunrise" or the "Company") witnessed the soaring popularity of the guarded development Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri with its first phase double-storey terraced houses almost entirely taken up a year after its launch.

Phase 1A of Senadi Hills has recorded more than 85% in finalised sales since its launch last July, while the later Phase 1B showed equal popularity with a take-up rate of 75% after just several months.
