@HJ , @Hayden , what is the projection rental yield if i opt for investment purpose :)
Been there... Love it...
* windy
* you can opt either facing Tasik Permaisur or City view... both are unblock view because Suasana is on a high ground. Plus there is a small lake next to it. I hope DBKL will beautify the lake
* love the design, the main door is facing outside (facing another block)
* cheapest is $500k. hardly get anything below...
* rental is $1500 for basic unit.
Strategic Location , easy access to KL , LRT , hypermarket , shoplots, schools are nearby as well. Good for investment.
Hmmm...RM500k for RM1500 rental? Subsale buyer is going to bleed cash every month for renting it out. Capital appreciation would not be great for high rise in the next few years. How is that good for investment? :)
Probably a good option if you want to buy for own stay.
