In conjunction with the Merdeka month, Tropicana Gardens Mall, the retail arm of Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”) rolled out the Merdeka Month Babies Treat. Those born in the month of August are invited to the mall on 14 August 2022 to enjoy rewards such as gift vouchers worth RM50, as well as complimentary dine-in sessions at participating outlets.

Andrew Ashvin, Managing Director of Tropicana Gardens Mall, shared more on the mall’s focus on experiential engagement, in conjunction with Merdeka Day.

“As a township developer, Tropicana believes in giving back to the community. That’s why we are celebrating the spirit of Merdeka by rewarding those born in the festive month. And what better way to bring Malaysians together than food? With a diverse, delectable range of cuisines and dining operators, there’s something for everyone at Tropicana Gardens Mall. Foodies can look forward to even more in the near future such as the opening of SeoulNami Korean BBQ, as well as the upcoming Riang Chillside outdoor food festival from 26 August 2022 to 4 September 2022, as Tropicana continues Redefining the Art of Shopping,” he said.

Open to the first 131 participants, Merdeka month babies must scan and register their interest to collect the vouchers on 14 August 2022 at designated points, namely Dé Irrfan’s Café (11am), Little Penang (1pm) or Bungkus Kaw Kaw (3pm) located on the CC level at Tropicana Gardens Mall. In addition, the first eight participants at each collection point will enjoy a complimentary dine-in experience.
