Property developer Plenitude Berhad has recently launched its ‘Home Sweet Home’ campaign to incentivise homebuyers with attractive deals. Desirable rebates, free legal fees, free stamp duty, and a host of other offers await those who purchase homes in any of its six projects across five different locations in Penang, Kedah, Selangor and Johor.

Plenitude’s six freehold projects encompass The Marin at Ferringhi in Batu Ferringhi Penang, Cello and Harp of Taman Desa Tebrau in Johor Bahru, Diamond of Taman Putra Prima in Puchong, Selangor, Ramlee of Bukit Bintang in Sungai Petani, Kedah and Magnolia of Impian Hills in Johor Bahru. The ‘Home Sweet Home’ campaign runs from now until March 2023.

“The company is stepping up the homeownership campaign with great offers that will greatly appeal to homebuyers as they can enjoy substantial savings on their home purchases. Our assemblage of bespoke homes range from minimalist to lavish designs to meet the needs of modern living with attention to detail and befitting specially designed township living with amenities, great accessibility, strategic locations, spacious landscapes and green lungs. Homebuyers can choose from our list of inspiring and freehold properties across Penang, Kedah, Johor, and the Klang Valley. There is something for everyone, whether it’s high-rise residences or single-storey bungalows or double-storey cluster homes,” said Plenitude’s Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman, Madam Elsie Chua, encouraging homebuyers to grab this opportunity.

Up in the northern region, The Marin at Ferringhi, Penang comprises modern luxury apartments located in the notable Ferringhi area with a view of the Andaman Sea. The ready-to-move-in units offer spacious layouts with resort-like facilities. The Marin features an acre of meticulously landscaped Facilities Deck with a 40m long infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, and a children’s playground. Other facilities include two tennis courts, a nursery, a games room, two multipurpose halls, an open plaza, a wading pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and even a recycling room.

On the other hand, Ramlee in the new mixed development township of Bukit Bintang in Sungai Petani is a series of freehold single-storey bungalows with only 96 units available that come with massive land size and spacious layouts. Homebuyers will enjoy peace and quiet in this new low density township with amenities such as hospitals, hypermarkets, malls, police station, and a golf resort in the vicinity.

Its project down South includes Cello which are 2 and 2.5-storey terrace houses while Harp are 2-storey cluster houses and semi-detached houses in the famed Taman Desa Tebrau in Johor Bahru. Magnolia of Impian Hills, a new mixed development township in Johor Bahru, are also 2-storey terrace houses surrounded by lush greenery and minutes away from the bustling Taman Desa Tebrau.

Meanwhile, in the Klang Valley, Diamond encompasses 2 and 3-storey terrace houses in the matured township of Taman Putra Prima, Puchong.

In addition to the special offers, three lucky homebuyers will also stand a chance to win an iPhone 14 Plus, electrical appliance vouchers and hotel stay vouchers in its monthly draws. These draws will be held for 6 months with total prizes worth over RM60,000.
