1. Higher Floors (38.82% Votes)
The higher floor is voted by our users as the most popular option. Most of our users said they prefer staying on a higher floor where they can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. From up high, one can see the city skyline, the sea, or the surrounding landscape. Additionally, living on a higher floor can provide more privacy, as you are less likely to have a passersby or neighbours from nearby buildings peering into your home.
Some users also mentioned that living on a higher floor gives you cleaner air and less exposure to dust and mosquitos. This is because higher floors are often further away from ground-level pollutants such as car exhaust, industrial emissions, and dust kicked up by traffic.

3. Middle Floors (18.82% Votes)
Middle floors offer several advantages that appeal to a number of our users. For one, users have said that it is less expensive than a high floor, providing more value. It is also a decent option for those who are not a fan of heights. Living in a middle floor unit, you'll have the best of both worlds: You can still look out the window and get fresh air, while being close to the ground if you don't like the height.

4. Lower or Ground Floors (18.82% Votes)
Earning the same number of votes as middle floors, some users who voted lower or ground floors recognise the benefit that comes with them. Many users who voted this said that they enjoy the convenience of living on lower floors because of the easy access to the exit, emergency staircases, and the car park. In addition, you would usually be closer to facilities such as the pool, gym, and your mailbox. Some ground floor units also provide garden space, offering you a chance to enjoy a landed-living experience.
In an emergency, living on a lower floor is considered safer as it is quicker and easier to evacuate. Lower floors are also easier to access when carrying groceries, furniture, or other heavy items. This can be a significant advantage for people with mobility issues. This added convenience and sense of security is highly valued by many users who have chosen to live on lower floors.
