OKR is booming with a lot of new developments. Prices of these new development are all very high. Worth considering older properties in the area??? Do you all have any comments about Meadow Park 1, 2, 3 and Pearl Point condo?? These properties are still below RM500k and much more affordable compare to new launches. Location wise is very strategic.

Well.. It depends on what you want it for. If you're buying for own stay then I suggest you look for other place.

for rental income should be Ok?? ...and future capital appreciation. I saw surrounding areas are selling at much higher price.

For rental income wise, roughly can get around 4.5% - 5%. But depending on the condition of the unit itself. Future capital appreciation.. I personally think it won't go up any further. I think other people would prefer other newer properties surrounding PP condo.

But that's just my two cents.
