The pricing will increase due to commercial title property will be subjected to GST..however, this question also always come with do you have budget for your investment ? Personally, I suggest just buy it after GST, do not rush for it as the implementation of GST also coming really soon. It won't have so much impacts whether you buy before or after. Research for the good and right property, so no matter what also keep you earning :)
If you are buying a commercial property from an individual (who also owned a business income of > RM500,000 per annum), it's recommend to buy before GST. As you will need to pay 6% GST upon GST regime kick off on 1st April'15. Say a shoplot selling RM1 million now, after GST you will have to pay RM1,060,000.
