With all the green aspect of the project, additional cost is going to be factored into selling price. The question is would buyers willing to pay for (let's say) RM20k - RM50k for a property because it is green?

GBI certification is gaining its importance. If u have a commercial office building or industrial buildings to rent to foreign MNC, they might require your property to have GBI certification. If u don't have u will not be able to secure their tenancy.
