Setapak area most famous is PV's condo. Total have 11 block of PV until now. The most popular was PV 16，15 & 13 and more on student staying. But the rental is higher than other pv too.
What is the rental yield there?
I personally prefer PV15 or PV 16 coz it low density. Only 1 block.
But PV Taman Melati is better in term of land tenure - it's freehold! of coz it's expansive compare to PV Danau kota
The magnet there is TAR university college??
But mostly is leasehold right?
There is a new project THE NEST by Sierra Cube at setapak.. Is it a good choice for investment?
So many condos in setapak, like residence 3 and Saville...
Most are still quite empty until now.. so tell me .. is this any time for an investment?
