Oh wow, I didn't know there's condos or apartments in Kota Kemuning. Been to that area a couple of times for food and to visit friends, but I don't see any high rise over there. Seems mainly landed properties. 

And I've heard the prices for properties over there has risen more than double as compared to few years back.
