What is your first impression for Mont' Kiara?

hmm? high class? hard to afford? #luxury

Very affluent area with lots of amenities, kinda makes me wanna own a property there.

High class area with lots of rich people and also expatriates. Also with lots of F&B choices around there.

I see lots of Korean food everywhere! And expats with their drivers. Not bad place to live if you are from overseas or if you want to retire in an urban setting. Or if you want your kids go to a renown international school.

"Wow! I want to live there someday" is my 1st impression and thought of Mont Kiara :)

My 1st impression of Mont Kiara?
1) Luxurious
2) Expensive
3) Good for investment to rent out to expats

High-end and classy :)  I don't mind living there. Especially MK28 and Kiaraville  *drooling*

* Exclusive
* High End

Nowadays:

* Still Porch and Exclusive
* Traffic Jam (especially during working hours) 
* Crowded (which is a good sign for shops)

What make you all think this area very exclusive and highend?

Freeman, what is your first impression of Mont Kiara when you decided to be Mont Kiara Specialist? and Why would you choose this place?

for me very easy, i like the environment there,  i like the type of behaviour segment and lifestyle of the people there. They know how to appreciate my job, however they have high expectations on us but if we can deliver what they want, they will happy to work together with us. This is the reason why i focus in Mont Kiara. For me everywhere can make money but I more prefer work with all nice people around.

which is also considered as mont kiara nowadays..

But I think somehow it's a bit high density. 

There are also places in Mont kiara which is not too crowded such as Kiaramas residence? Not too pack as 1 mont kiara that side though from my point of view. Less congested too.

Ronald, I personally think Kiara North where developer name as Mont Kiara but indeed it is not consider month Kiara to me. It is only marketing gimmick. This is something like Subang West, Bangsar South and KL South?

For my impression of Mon't Kiara, there is a high end place.

High rental, high density, expensive place to live at. Must have some $$ to stay there..

But Mont Kiara can find below 500psf unit. Freehold, mont kiara address and stable rental.

Seems like a very nice and convenient place to be.

Checked out Concerto, very reasonable price for that kind of property in that location. About 1,700sf for RM1.2million? Some in Mont Kiara are like 1,800 - 2,000sf for RM2.5million.

lovely location as it is foreign-land-more-likely. But its congested.

Lots of Korean and expats. And Korean restaurants.

Very expensive. Cannot accord for a landed house there
