Interest rate up, affordability down, demand for property will drop, property price will drop....??

@ppnnkk2011 dont think property price will fall, it will probably stay stagnant until market improves. Do u know of any properties which have a fall in price? If yes please share with us hehehe

Prices are generally lower now compare to 2014. Everywhere. 

If demand down, property price would not drop? why is the reason? supply and demand denotes a price for a commodity. Interest rates up, any one with a huge loan would have felt it, or anyone with no money to pay a loan (speculator)
