New expressway will create new growth path and proeprties value will appreciate with the growth. Look at what happen to Kota Kemuning and Bukit Rimau with KESAS, Puchong with LDP, Setia Alam with NKVE etc etc. So with SKVE will property value  in areas like Teluk Panglima Garang, Jenjarum and Banting start to surge?? These areas are still offering landed properties at affordable price. For example, 20x70 DSL with build up area of 1650sf at RM375K....
