Just found this piece of information. U can now sell your properties via Open Market Auction - not sure how long this has been around. Is this going to be next big thing?? Will this take over the role of Real Estate Agents?
Anybody know how the auctioneer charge the property owner? Is it cheaper or more costly than getting a service of REN?
