Sri Intan, Sri Baiduri, Seri Kasturi, and Seri Mutiara all in that area. SIzes ranging from 800-950 sf. I saw the area was massively built over a few phases. I think there are more than 3000 units. Newly completed now and not many people move in yet. Probably most owners are investors/flippers. A few rows of shops/commercial area but most not occupy yet.

Is this a sign of over supply??

Good things are -- all the units there come with 2 car parks. all gated and guarded and the sub-sale price is below RM300k (for the smaller built-up units).... affordable housing!

I just noticed that there is also a Taipan commercial area in Setia Alam, it is called Setia Taipan. Located just next to Suria Rafflesia apartment. Unfortunately all the shops are yet to open for business...

Good value for tenant. 3R2B new apartment with 2 car parks from only RM700/mth. With facilities like swimming pool, gym, community hall and fultsal court. Wher to find???
