In view of the above situation, Hartamas Academy has 3 exciting programmes on offer to cater to this as follows:
1) The Executive Diploma in Real Estate (EDRE) programme, a collaboration with a world-class university, UCSI University. Its modules will effectively equip participants with the academic knowledge and impactful on-the-ground-skills to excel in the Malaysian real estate industry. This qualification provides a pathway towards becoming a registered estate agent in Malaysia. The qualification is issued by the university.
A programme like no other offers a one-stop learning and networking platform and a golden opportunity for Career Mentorship Programme.
The above programme covers many interesting and relevant modules such as Property Taxation, Principles of Property Investment & Valuation, Building Technology and Maintenance and Laws relating to Property among others.
The EDRE is approved by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and is accredited by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BOVAEA).
2) The 2 Day Negotiator Certification Course (NCC), an intensive two day training course which is a prerequisite to formal registration as a negotiator with BOVAEA. This course is also very popular with people intending to venture into real estate for the first time.
The topics in the NCC include ‘Introduction and Overview of the Property Market, Laws Relating to Real Estate, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, The Malaysian Estate Agency Standards, Real Estate Practice among others.
3) CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses which are offered from time to time for registered estate agents and others. Topics include legal real estate matters, Property Market Outlook and taxation matters among others. A one day CPD course will have 5 CPD hours.
