Recently I've been offered to buy a property in brickField and the price is aprox RM1100psf. Do you think the area worthing at this price range?

You can get that price in KL sentral area like Suajana sentral & loft.

No doubt,the KL Sentral has a very well planed infrastructure but not sure brickField will become like that or not as there's still lot of old houses and flat .actually I like the location very much because of its accessibility and the amenities.

U should be able to get much cheaper properties in Brickfields ... Brickfields prices should be much lower than of KL Sentral.
