Ara Damansara is an affluent residential township in district of Petaling, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz, and opposite side of Saujana Golf and Country Club.

  Ara Damansara was first developed in 1999 by Sime Pilmoor Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad, and managed by Sime UEP Development Sdn Bhd, Ara Damansara will encompass approximately 4,000 units of various property types once completed.

H2O Residences is a freehold, high-end residential development located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. It is expected that the development will take about 36 months to complete, upon the signing of the SPA, which is roughly in Q2 of 2017. The developer for this project is Epoch Property, which is a member of the Titijaya Group.

The H2O Residences will consist of four blocks, with each block having 15 storeys. There would be 16 units per storey, and each block will be serviced by 6+1 lifts. There will four types of layouts available for the serviced apartment, ranging from 750 to 1,500 sf, and four types of layouts for the SoHo units, ranging between 449 and 1,057 sf sf. The launch price will be around RM770 to to RM780 psf depending on the type of the unit.

The exterior of H2O Residences is crafted to have a signature Ice-Cube facade, which is said to be inspired by the simple beauty of water. It would have extensive aquatic facilities contained in an unprecedented aquatic environment for a high-rise residential. After all, it has to live up to its name of H2O residences. Facilities will be extensive, which is the main selling point really. There would be several aquatic facilities unique only to H2O such as a swimming pool with aquarium; where residents get to swim with the marine life, a huge jacuzzi named Hydro Spa Pool, a children's water play area, an aqua gym, and floating cabanas.

Apart from the above, H20 Residences also comes with almost every run of the mill facility you can think of, namely jogging track, reflexology track, gymnasium, barbecue deck, yoga area, a basketball court cum multipurpose court, and multiple landscaped and themed gardens including aroma and herb garden. There will also be 24-hour, multiple-layered security including CCTV facilities.

There are many amenities available nearby, the nearest of which would be Oasis Village which is a commercial park, where retail outlets and banking outlets can be found. Space U8 is the nearest mall nearby, which also happens to be Malaysia's first eco-mall, where many amenities can be found. The Empire Shopping Gallery, Subang Parade, and Sunway Giza Mall are also nearby, being less than 4 kilometers away.

The nearest hospital is the Ara Damansara Medical Centre, which is less than 1.5 kilometer away. Other hospitals in the area include Tropicana Medical Centre, and Kelana Jaya Medical Centre. There are many schools nearby, such as SK Taman Samudra, Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur, IOP International Preschool, and SMK Kelana Jaya. There are also many tuition centers and music centers in near proximity.

H2O Residences is situated strategically as there are many accessible highways nearby; it is located off Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, which leads to the Subang Airport directly. The New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is just south of H2O, and further south is the Federal Highway. To the east, there is the Lebuhraya Damansara- Puchong (LDP) and the Sprint Highway. Entry points to most of the highways are less than 5 kilometers away.
