Those newly completed development projects (completed in the last few months to 1 year), I think there are a lot of desperate sellers and buyers can find a lot of good deal.

Just to quote some examples:

Setia Alam Suria Rafflesia - purchase at 240K+ now selling at 260K. 

Parklane at Jalan Puchong/Old Klang Road - used to sell at 430K, now at 380K.

Actually I am also looking for the condominium which newly completed , what i know is X2 Residency  - Puchong and The Re:sident - Ampang. The price is about RM5xxk i think .

To me, completed projects selling below RM400psf is considered a good deal... with reasonably good location and condition.
