I went to Z Residence and the environment is pretty good and comfortable. What do u think about this property compare to City of Green which haven't complete yet.

In term of:
- Investment
- Own Stay

For investment just looking at entrance package and the rental rate between Rm2000~RM3000 and yet can cover at least 70% or 80% of your repayment yet this is not included your maintenance fee. Howver Bukit jalil is a nice and convenience place to stay nor to invest, for own stay pick luxury, for invest pls based on price and convinienace liked walking distance LRT. (opinion only) =)

2 different development here. if your intension is buy for own stay and u have more than 4 family member u may choose Z residence however the location is quite strategy which in OUG and bukit Jalil. (paradigm mall 2 and pavilion 2 nearby) and yet very near to LRT. Compare with City of Green this project is quite near to bukit serdang if I m not mistaken you may consider their soho unit with furnished for investment if u liked this project. haha all above just for my very own opinion from my experience and familiar of this bukit Jalil market.
