After some research, I noticed that this group had yet to be created in Facebook, thus I took the initiatives to create this FB Group to enable all buyer / Real Estate Negotiators / Owners to post any property that they planning to sell below RM 300k so that everybody can owned a property in Klang Valley.

Say  i hv an option to purchase a property from X and want to flip it to Y

in a 3 way transaction.my question is do i hv to go throu the S&P  ie exercise the option 1st then sell to Y?or can it be arrange in another way.
