We know that more affluent Malaysians don't really use MRT/LRT. They own cars and prefer to drive.
So, when investing in properties (especially medium to high range), i think we should also focus on new areas which are developed or are going to be developed along the new highways. Look at what happen to Puchong after LDP, Kota Kemuning/Bukit Rimau after KESAS, Cyberjaya/Putrajaya after MEX etc.
What is next??
