Don't make me laugh if the simple township like Hillpark also cannot take care well. Want to built a high-end residential township like Kajang east?  Not there yet la. 

Fix the corporate mind set, fix the building quality, then you only built the brand.

@Zara Yeow, Did you stay at hillpark Shah Alam? Did you know that, there are lotsa flood case happening at puncak alam which hillpark shah alam located at. It might be well maintain for now but you never know...

What I'm referring is actually  Hillpark Home at bandar Teknologi kajang, A township that merely maintain, things like simple lamp-post no electricity, sink hole problem, complain so long only come fix. Perhaps you should join our Hillpark FB close group to understand the bigger picture, to understand what is the differences between good developer and bad developer.

@TST, I was interested to purchase the Puncak Alam Hillpark homes, I went to their sales gallery but decided not to purchase because it is too far to everything I am familiar with :(, but the price is tempting.

Yes, Hillpark home at kajang is also under the same developer. now they launching Hillpark home phase 3, starting price 600K onwards.

If you ask me to pick in terms of location, I will pick kajang. lotsa connected highway, newly MRT which is a few KM away, but If you ask me to pick again in terms of developer, MKH will never be my first choice due to their building quality.

and it's not worthy to buy new launch, sub sale price is far more cheaper, with 450k , you can get a very decent double storey houses at kajang already. Ready move in some more.
