The Current Phase of Kajang Semanja
As of Q3 2016, Kajang Semanja has launched Phase 1 of the project. Spread out over 18 acres, Phase 1 of Kajang Semanja comprises of 193 units of 2-storey freehold terrace homes. These large and spacious homes come with two different built-ups, coined Type A and Type B.
There are 97 units of Type A which will come with a very large built-up of 2,425 sf. Type B units are even larger than Type A units at 2,575 sf. All of the homes will come with 4+1 bedrooms, and every one of them will have an ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy. The prices of these homes are approximately RM300 to RM310 per square feet, totalling up to approximately RM730,000 per home.

Known as the Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT Line, the 31 stations connecting Kajang to Kuala Lumpur will start operating at the end of 2016, and the three Kajang stations will be opened by the end of 2017. By utilising the convenient public transportation close to home, residents of Semanja will be able to get to KL Sentral the hub of Malaysia’s public transportation within a mere 35 minutes.
