Do you prefer developer staff or negotiator to serve you for new project? Why?

Most people would prefer to deal direct with developer as they perceive that they will get a better deal..

And normally for good projects, the developer does not need to engage a third party agent to market their project

@ppnnkk2011 well it all depends ... there are developer that do not want to incurred cost by hiring their own staff to be placed in the sales office thus outsourcing it exclusively to well known property agency.

The overhead of having own staff as sales members are much costly than outsourcing the sales of project to property agency... (don't forget, developer staff are entitled to annual leaves, medical leaves, medical claim, hospitalization claim and many more perks) where else agents are only getting paid if they are able to sell the project.
