Guys/ Girls, Just to check with everyone here in Propsocial. I have receive several friends complaining to me about the Empire Damansara Loan Approval! Based on what I know, the banks are not giving out loan to this and has some hidden agenda behind. Anyone know more about it? My friends are all overqualified for the loans and doesn't have any bad records.

@domng This only best to describe a New property, Don't think Subsale will need to apply this method. Maybe a brief explanation of the surroundings and what's there to attract the Buyer or Tenant to stay.

You mean need to apply below method to attract subsale buyer or tenant?:

5 minutes to ABC School, 5 minutes to XYZ Shopping Centre, 5 minutes to Highway interchange, 10 minutes to Hospital DEF, and walking distance to GHI Community Lake Park etc etc?
