Residential, retail, office space, industrial properties or agriculture land?

It depends on what class of the property. Mainly involved in residential unit, for medium cost apartment, current facing slow down in leasing and selling too, maybe due to too many options in the markets for buyer and tenant to choose. 

Ngoi, i thought the least affected would be medium cost apartments....
