Anyone invested in Ipoh Condominium?

Wondering the potential of capital appreciation and rental sufficient to cover the installment or not. And local residents may still prefer to stay in landed property.

If in Ipoh, I will go for landed..

I think in Ipoh, instead of high rise, landed properties will also be my first choice

but landed one usually now not in city of ipoh... and also not cheap already

But Ipoh people still prefer landed properties there, They are still capable of owning one landed there compares to Klang valley whereby it is even hard to own a high rise.

yup. still got chance to get a landed. big or small another matter.

There are still plenty of land in Ipoh for landed property . landed property still will be the preferred property Ipoh residents will be buying instead of high rise condo
