U mean new project or subsales?

an overall data of that area..hmmm...is there a lot of projects going around that area? Anyhow was wondering is the mentality of residents in Kampar more grounded than high rise? 

Most projects were landed, but recently there's been a few major high-rise projects. These high-rises mostly appeal to buyers who want to rent out to students in kampar. Kampar locals and those living in nearby towns like Tanjung Tualang, Lawan Kuda,  etc. are more interested in landed homes for own stay, though there are a lot who bought to rent out to students.
