Any owner and investor in that area? where you stay now? any good tips? 

since MRT1 is going to be completed and MRT2 work in progress. My view is that area is going to be hot soon. Any other view?

ya. but mybe not in immediate time also. think need more 5 year to come very hot

there should be more traction while the MRT completed in this year end/early of 2017 if delay. Some new projects nearby Sungai Buloh Station too such as Dsara Sentral.  

I just purchased Suria Putra at Bukit Rahman Putra, Sg Buloh. Its about 5-10 mins away from Dsara Sentral. I personally prefer there as the condo is on a golf course land and surrounded by high-end neighbourhoods. The only down side is the nearest mall is a very worn-out The Store. Else need to drive 15 mins to Ikea or 1u area. Not forgetting its quite reasonably priced too! 550k for about 1000sf.

However it is only completing in 2018. Needa wait.

Need more development in this area (sgbuloh) hopefully more will come after mrt open... patient...

MRT1 in Sungai Buloh is completing soon. MRT2 is coming.
