Hi all would like to ask, What's you looking at on property investment?

First thing need decide if you plan for own use, future capital appreciation, or rental yield return.

In terms of property investment, my ideology would be a mentality of "BUY FOR OWN STAY".

Location of the property, it would be great if it is outskirt of the city with a great accessibility to the city and the neighborhood town.
