Isn't KLCC properties mostly for higher class investors or foreign investors? I might be wrong, maybe you can advise me?

Yeah you are right.. i am helping my uncle who is looking for properties around KL to invest.. and i passed by MRCB's booth at NU sentral last week and saw their soon to be launched project at KLCC.. provisional price is RM 1430 psf for 843 sf.. lower psf compared to others higher end projects like Pavilion Banyan tree, 8 Conlay and the likes...

Ah ic. I guess if your uncle's budget is round about RM1mil+- will be able to find a suitable one I am sure.

@justdk9988, there's no good or bad timing to buy. It's just depend whether you afford to purchase or not. Simple as that
