when sale a property, How many type of tax, you need be aware

1. Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT) - sale property within 5 years, companies, non-citizen

2. Personal Income Tax - ?? we need to pay for it? any formula, how to calculate it?

4. GST - only apply on commercial Property??

Upfront when non-bumi purchase property at higher prices in Malaysia... can we consider that as upfront "tax"?

that is bumi discount. but, a lot of discount is removed.

Property price discount should be given to the needy instead of a blanket discount on all properties. I understand Johor is giving the highest Bumi discount at 15% from the below link...
