Wow, a RM1000 psf.. That's a bit costly.. =(. No choice as it is located in the Kota Damansara Area.

I don't think it is no choice, hence the costly psf price. Just need to buy at the right time, and reap the most profit out of the investment!

Golden investment opportunities come and go all the time... Just we don't realize it, unless you are a property investment guru. Then it is a different story.

In a nutshell, if you really into investment. Suggest you build up some investment funds which you can use anytime as down payment.

Also buying "lelong" house might be a good idea, however background checks on the said property needs to be done thoroughly.

Talking about lelong properties... i have heard stories whereby you need to fork out a sum of money as "bribes" to other bidders so that they don't bid against you...

Please do your checking first. if it is still considered new property so no need to worry about the electrical wiring & water piping. and check the maximum loan availability and preferred maximum bidding price. try to bid maximum 25% below the market price

Must visit once during the day and once during the evening and maybe once during the wee hours. Haha
