Any good recommendation for Fire Insurance?

I understand when taking loan from bank, Fire Insurance is compulsory. After you have settled the loan, it is optional I believe.

If the fire is started by an Arsonist... i don't think the fire insurance will honor the insurance payout...

if someone else, which you are not the main beneficiary, then maybe yes.

It's just like committing suicide after you have purchased a life insurance... haha
