Trion @ KL, a freehold project by Binastra Land Sdn Bhd, is currently being developed at the junction of Jalan Sungai Besi and Jalan Dua, to south of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The 4.08-acre site is situated next to the Southgate Commercial Centre, with a covered pedestrian bridge linking to commercial shop lots across the highway as well. It is envisioned as a mixed project with serviced apartment, hotel, retail and office components. There are a total of three residential blocks, two of which (Towers A and B) comprise 66 storeys, with a third (Tower C) under development comprising residential components as well as a four-star hotel, Mercure Kuala Lumpur. All three towers sit on a podium comprising both carpark and retail facilities, including 38 commercial units on the ground and first floor for both retail and office operators. Tower A, named Bolt, and Tower B (Neo) come with 6 + 1 lifts, while Tower C (Sheen) has 4 + 1 lifts for easy accessibility. Trion @ KL’s residential components comprise serviced apartments across all three towers. These feature six layouts, with the smallest layout being Type A, available in Tower A with a built-up area of 689 sq ft, inclusive of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Meanwhile, Type B units are also available in Tower A, with a built-up of 807 sq ft inclusive of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Meanwhile, Type C has a built-up size of 797 sq ft, and is available in both Tower A and Tower B. Those looking for more spacious accommodations can opt for Type D, with a built-up size of 1,023 sq ft comprising three bedrooms and three bathrooms, available in Tower A. There are more than 40 facilities offered at Trion @ KL, throughout Levels 8, 54, 55 and 66. The swimming pool, gymnasium, elevated boardwalk, lagoon pool, floating jacuzzi, sunken seat, viewing deck, BBQ terrace, badminton court and kid’s party pavilion can be found on Level 8. Residents can also enjoy lifestyle amenities such as the sky garden lounge, sky garden swing, and sky yoga deck on Levels 54 and 55, which are interconnected via a link bridge. Other facilities are available on Level 66, including an elevated party deck, rooftop garden, sky gym and starry lounge. Trion @ KL is located within 5km of many of Kuala Lumpur’s key destinations, including KLCC, TRX and Bandar Malaysia, and is easily accessible via five major routes, such as Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Istana, Jalan Sungai Besi, the Besraya Highway, and the Maju Expressway (MEX). Residents will also be able to enjoy the convenience of shuttle bus services offered from the project to the Chan Sow Lin LRT station, located just 2km away.
