Grandlis @ Setia EcoHill is a collection of 2-storey freehold superlink houses, expected to be completed in 2017. The development forms part of the gated and guarded Horizon Residence in Setia EcoHill, Semenyih. Each first floor bedroom in the Grandlis homes has its own attached bathroom, and there is a guest room on the ground floor.
