Parklane Commercial Hub is a business area located just next to the Kelana D’Putera Condominium, just down the lane from Kelana Square and Zenith Corporate Park. Although it was completed in the year 2010, it stood mainly empty for many years. In the year 2014 business however took an upturn for the owners of Parklane Commercial Hub, as more offices began to move in. In the year 2015, an entire block was bought and converted into a hostel. In the current times, it has a low cost hotel as well, along with many eateries consisting mostly of mamak shops. Although there are still many units available for rent, more and more tenants are moving in, taking advantage of its cheap rental which comes at as low as RM1 psf
