Aeres at Eco Ardence, Setia Alam is made up of 432 landed homes, consisting of expansive linked semi-detached, semi-detached and bungalow homes. Eco Ardence is an eco-township designed to be a vibrant suburban area of art, entertainment, and business. The 533-acre township development has a gross development value of RM8.58 billion.

The Aeres homes feature a hint of Japanese influence in their design. They are four different unit types to choose from, namely Pavilion Home (double-storey link semi-detached) with 32' x 75' land area, Double-Storey Semi-Detached with 35’ x 85’ land area, Double-Storey Semi-Detached with 38’ x 85’ land area, and Double-Storey Bungalow with 56' x 90' land area.

Built to provide a quality lifestyle for residents of Aeres, there will be an exclusive clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym room, BBQ pit, multipurpose court, and function lounge. Not only that, the residential area will have a jogging and cycling track, gazebos and children playgrounds.

The Eco Ardence township integrates safety features that are not only intended to prevent crime, but also to ensure residents’ safety when they travel around the residential precinct. Instead of the commonly seen back lanes, Aeres has pedestrian-friendly back linear gardens, allowing residents to enjoy relaxing fun times with families without concerns about the oncoming traffic.

Like other development phases of Eco Ardence, more than 20% of the land in Aeres has been earmarked as green areas. The entire Eco Ardence township is eco-friendly with Green Building Index (GBI) certification. Some of the green initiatives undertaken by the developer include construction waste recycling, optimised window designs for natural lighting, landscape irrigation water from renewable sources and more.

Additionally, EcoWorld has also introduced a lifestyle lab dubbed Ardence Labs to the township, bringing in retail and entertainment elements. Apart from serving the immediate Eco Ardence community, Ardence Lab also brings more value to the population from neighbouring townships.

In terms of connectivity, major roads such as Setia Alam Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) are well connected to the development. And as the developer plans to build three entrances into the city, the township is expected to enjoy greater accessibility.
