minutes ride away. Bukit Jalil, our international sports centre is just a 10 minutes ride away. Freight not if you are working in KL City. KLCC is merely a 25 minutes drive.
Puchong has it's own up and coming prestige mega mall, Pavillion II, just less than 10 minutes down the road. Not forgetting to mention iconic IOI Mall, is less than 10 minutes away. Convenient, right?
Bandar Kinrara Nine's Cahaya and Sinar, are gated community and our committee hires professional security guards.
Cahaya and Sinar, Bandar Kinrara Nine consist of different races, 70% Chinese, 15% Malay & 15% Indian but most of the comutties are members are Malay. We work very well together and live in harmony despite our different races. We are a true model role of 1Malaysia.
Because of higher security levels and lower vehicle speeds, a gated community is a much safer environment for carefree children, joggers, dog walkers.
Recently, Cahaya Sinar & Senja colobrate with Toyota Malaysia organize a Kebun Komuniti Event, in conjunction with Zon Bersih programme by MPSJ.
Every year our committee will organise a Gotong Royong Perdana dan Basmi Tikus. This program was initiated by YB Gobein Ahli Paliment Puchong. Ahli Majlis Zon 18 Pn Kavita serta AJK zon 18. mining licenses expired and infrastructure began to be built.
Since then, urbanization has occurred rapidly with many industrial parks, commercial centres and residential areas mushrooming along Jalan Puchong. Residential areas include Taman Kinrara and Bandar Kinrara.
BK9 Cahaya & Sinar was born and since florished into a mature and healthy neighbourhood. Being a gated community, you feel secured and blissful being part of their residence. Imagine living in a clean and quiet neighbourhood, with well mannered, joyful and understanding neighbours. Everyone has a common goal of living in a clean and peaceful environment, being happy and safe at home. Children are safe to come out to play around the neighbourhood. Passing cars being understandable and cautious on the road. We all live in harmony. Cahaya & Sinar is the perfect model of a place we call HOME SWEET HOME.
BK9 is strategically located with the main highway through Puchong is the LDP  which links this town all the way to Kepong. Another route, the KESAS connects Puchong to Port Klang and Sri Petaling. Other highways include the ELITEhighway , which connects between Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Nilai and the SKVE  connects Puchong to Pulau Indah, Kuala Langat and Kajang.
Puchong is not all about paid highways. For toll-free alternatives, there is highway (which ends near Bukit Jalil). For motorists coming from Petaling Jaya or Old Klang Roadareas, there is the Jalan Puchong (Selangor state highway)
In the near future, we will have MRT passing through Puchong. The  SSP33  16 Sierra station of Klang Valley MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line will be located between the 16 Sierra and Pulau Meranti suburbs of Puchong. The 16 Sierra MRT station is expected to complete and start operation on 2022.
