Schools will require a short drive of about 10 minutes, with SRJK (C) Shih Chung, SK Bayan Baru, Fairview International School, Chung Hwa Chinese Secondary School, and SK Seri Relau among others being a short distance from Desa Airmas.
Situated just off Jalan Sungai Dua, Desa Airmas is mere minutes from the major road of Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. This arterial road connects the property to other nearby towns like Gelugor, Bayan Baru and can also lead to Bayan Lepas down south and Georgetown up north, both about 15 minutes’ drive away. Apart from that, the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway is also accessible, which provides an alternative route to the aforementioned towns as well as the first and second Penang bridges.
