Endah Parade is one of the oldest shopping malls located in Sri Petaling. It first opened its doors on 16th March 1998 and continues to operate to this day. The mall comprises 8 storeys, housing a total of 469 units of retail outlets. Visitors have plenty of parking space, as Endah Parade hosts 3 levels of basement parking.

The anchor tenant of Endah Parade is Aeon Big, which is complemented by a series of family shops throughout the mall. A couple of mini anchor tenants are the Kuala Lumpur Mega Lanes Bowling Alley and Pioneer Badminton Centre. The variety of shops and services at Endah Parade are wide and varied, from a cobbler’s shop to camera shop, watch shop to fitness and beauty spa outlet, and everything in between.

The popular F&B spots in Endah Parade include KFC, Esquire Kitchen and Subway. There are also many entrepreneurs who opened their food trade at Endah Parade, some of them being the Wee Cafe, Devi Kitchen and Chok Family Restaurant.

Endah Parade is centrally located in Sri Petaling, and is highly accessible from all the major highways in the area. Some of the highways that runs past the mall include the KL-Seremban Highway, Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Puchong-Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Bukit Jalil/Sungai Besi Bypass, and Maju Expressway (MEX).

The mall is also accessible via public transportation in the form of train or bus. The Bukit Jalil LRT line is about 15 minutes away from Endah Parade by foot. Otherwise, pedestrians can opt to take the feeder bus to the mall which has a 30-minute rotation period.

If one is travelling to Endah Parade by bus, there is the RapidKL bus U71 from Cheras, Subang Jaya and Puchong. For the latter two, pedestrians are required to transit at the Pasar Seni station. If coming from OUG it will be the RapidKL bus U73, and if coming from the Bukit Jalil LRT station, it is RapidKL bus 418.

Endah Parade is located in a matured community within a short distance of many old and new developments. It still gets generous footfalls despite the many modern shopping malls, and it offers decent investment opportunities to property investors. Sizes of the units at Endah Parade start from 256 sf, and are being sold at prices starting from RM90,000 per unit. The rental prices start from RM800 per month.
